What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
We monitor all arrivals in real-time to ensure your chauffeur is present at the actual arrival time. Please note that while we synchronize our presence with your landing, waiting time is not complimentary. Any waiting time beyond the scheduled pickup will be invoiced at our current rates to ensure the continued reliability and availability of our fleet for all missions.
Can I book a chauffeur for several hours or a full day?
Absolutely. Our "At Disposal" service is designed for business meetings, shopping trips, or events. You can reserve a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for 4h, 8h, or multiple days for total flexibility.
Do you provide child seats or special equipment?
Yes. As a premium concierge service, we can provide baby seats or boosters upon request at no extra charge. Please mention your requirements in the "Specific Requirements" section of our booking form.
Can I add extra stops or change my itinerary during the trip?
We always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that any additional requests or modifications to the initial booking are strictly subject to availability and our operational schedule. Extra stops or extended time will be invoiced as additional services to ensure we maintain our commitment to subsequent clients.
