Terms & Conditions

• Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
• Payments are currently made directly in the vehicle, in cash or card.
• Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
• For all bookings, we provide a **waiting time of 10–15 minutes** at the pickup location free of charge.
• Any waiting time beyond 15 minutes, or any **extra stops / additional services**, will be considered **extra service** and charged accordingly.
• Cancellations or changes must be notified as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial or no refund.
• Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.

• DAKO T is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• All drivers and vehicles are fully **certified and licensed by the French authorities**, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
• Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
• In case of an accident or incident, passengers must follow the instructions of the driver and authorities. DAKO T will handle insurance procedures as required by law.
• DAKO T is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to passengers’ personal belongings.

• Passengers must respect the driver and vehicle.
• No illegal activities are allowed in the vehicle.
• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in abusive behavior, may be refused service for safety reasons.
• Damages caused intentionally by passengers will be charged accordingly.

• Our services operate within the specified regions. Special requests outside these areas may be accepted with prior notice and may incur additional charges.
• DAKO T reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle or driver in exceptional circumstances, while maintaining the booked service quality.

We respect your privacy. Customer information collected for booking purposes will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and rights.

DAKO T is not liable for failure to perform services due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or pandemics.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes arising will be subject to the competent courts in the region where the service is provided.
